Why Personalization Matters More Than Ever

  1. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Ihor Wolchuk: I met with eight or more solar providers and found that Lumina offered the best combination of equipment, financing, and reputation, based on their numerous positive reviews. It was a pleasure working with my project manager, Jack Wood, and Lumina’s design team. With my input, they revised the layout, number of panels, and overall design several times to address my concerns and fully maximize the potential of my three roof surfaces. Additionally, they managed to do it in an aesthetically pleasing way. After installation, one of my panels stopped working due to squirrel damage. Lumina’s monitoring service detected the issue the same day and promptly sent a repair crew to fix it. I couldn’t recommend the company more highly.
  2. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Bob Seltzer: From beginning to end the solar project with Lumina was completed without a hitch. Peter Hayes our sales was excellent and kept us in the loop. Their pricing is competitive, and installation was done in one day. We have had the panels for over one year now without any issues. We are saving money on our electric bill.
  3. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Bill Anderson: Jack wood over at Lumina made the process of getting solar super simple. Seamless turn key service. 0 issues with permitting. When I plan on expanding the system I will be calling them back.
  4. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Bob Engelmann: Lumina completed our well thought out 40 panel photovoltaic system in the fall of 2023. It has surpassed all production expectations. Tim provided excellent project planning and execution leadership as he oversaw the entire project ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Tim’s attention to detail was key. I highly recommend Lumina and Tim leading the project.
  5. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Gregg Rovinsky: Great experience working with Lumina solar. My solar consultant Alexander Fegley Was super helpful and spent extra time geeking out with me discussing how the entire process worked from a technical perspective. After our zoom call, I reached out several different times via email and he was always very responsive. Panels were installed on schedule and are working as advertised.
  6. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Rodney Nesmith: We investigated multiple solar providers. Lumina seemed like the best choice: knowledgeable staff, good value, designs that fit our needs. Now that our installation is done, we are extremely happy with it. The design was perfect for our home. And the construction was very well done. The Lumina staff were highly skilled, conscientious and courteous. They were done in two days, and the workmanship is excellent. Now, we enjoy using the Enlighten app to see how much electricity we are making. Not only does the app tell us how much electricity we are producing, we've found it useful in understanding and managing our electrical demand! We have several friends that are interested in solar energy, and we are encouraging them to consider Lumina. We are extremely happy with their work, and we think they would be too! December 2023 Update: We are now in our 7th consecutive month without having to buy a single KW of electricity from the grid! Also, two of our friends have used Lumina for their installations, and they've had the same experience. Excellent/knowledgeable sales staff, high quality installations, LOVE the Enlighten app for monitoring power production/use, and happy with the output from their systems!
  7. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Dewey Isreal: My Experience was amazing with this company. They really know what they are doing. The look is very clean, no wires or brackets showing. The installers, and electrician were on time day of installation and were very professional. Thank you Lumina!
  9. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Chris Stoltzfus: When I was looking to go solar I had done a few quotes and designs with different companies. Lumina came in with not only the best pricing for the work, but the best design plan for the area as well. Jack knew his stuff and had a base design already done that showed estimates based on previous sun data and satellite pictures. We were able to determine taking out some trees could improve performance and which ones could stay. We had to do some back and forth with the electric company to get started which was the biggest hassle. There was a lack of communication from electric on getting us approvals and information if the system we planned was allowed. After 5 months they told us it wasn't and that we would need to pay to have a upgraded transformer installed. They then took another month to tell us a price before we said no and we down sized to what was allowed based on the current grid. By far this was the biggest headache but was in no part Lumina Solar's fault. Once we knew what we were allowed we went back and designed a system that would work. Permits and paperwork went pretty quickly after we got electric company to sign off. Due to the weather there was a little delay in getting install started but the team that came out did fantastic work. The hardest challenge for the installers was dealing with my old house's thick walls, (18inches plus a little empty space before another wall) but after determining what was needed they came back and managed to get the hole drilled. They were able to answer any questions I had along the way for the project and provided insight into other questions I had as well. On the roof install side of things, things went smoothly. A couple of the snow guards got broken but they ordered in new ones and replaced them without a hassle. The full Lumina team worked very well together and were always professional. I have recommended them to others and would do so again. Can't wait to see just how well the system works.
  10. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Richard Zinn: We were blown away with the customer service we received with Lumina Solar. Matt D. from the company helped us through the entire process, answered any questions we may have had, and provided us with peace of mind when dealing with a complex investment. The installation team were clean, considerate, kind, and quick for the installation of the panels. All of the communication with Lumina was easy and we received quick responses.
