  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by George Hege: I contacted 3 solar companies when we decided to consider going solar. Christopher Richardson was by far the most helpful and honest of the representatives I talked to. He provided clear answers, was available when needed, but did not use any high pressure sales techniques in an attempt to seal the deal. Lumina's installation team was efficient and professional. There was a mix up on their end that delayed our ability to go live for about 2 weeks but they took care of it. We've now been producing electricity for 6 months and continue to recommend Lumina to anyone who is considering solar.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Tabitha Nguyen: Lumina Solar installed our system about 5 months ago. We were very happy with the service and the quality of our system. Jack was very good at answering all of our initial questions and the installation team was very professional. We highly recommend this company for anyone considering going solar!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Rich Grillo: I had met with several solar companies to discuss options for my newly-built home. Courtney did a great job and stood out from the rest by thoroughly explaining different options and impacts. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Happy with Lumina.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Erik Normark: Lumina installed our solar panels about 2 years ago, and the system has been humming along ever since without a single issue. Very knowledgeable representative who helped us through the whole process. Installation was very well done, and everything is working as designed.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by George Hemminger: From start to finish we had a great experience with Lumina Solar and our representative, Courtney Sollenberger. We were kept informed at every step of the preparation and installation process, and ALL of the individuals we worked with we professional and eager to answer any questions we had along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better company to help us move forward with solar power!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Al Berner: Flawless process from meeting with project manager Christopher Richardson through the final inspection. System is running for 9 months producing electricity with no issues. Recommend Lumina Solar.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Rustin Holmes: Quality service that exceeded our expectations! Courtney Sollenberger was extremely helpful and her rapid response to any questions was instrumental in keeping our project moving forward and ahead of expected install date. The installation team arrived on time and completed the 37 panel install in one day! The install crew was also very respectful to our home and us. I would highly recommend them for your solar project.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by melissa olsen: We reached out to multiple companies about installing a rather large system on our property. Not only was Lumina competitively priced they offered the best warranty. From the first interaction with our sales rep (Phillip Jordan) we knew we were in good hands. He has consistently gone above and beyond for us (even after our installation was complete) and I cannot recommend working with him enough. There were a few hiccups in communication throughout the process but Phillip (and Lumina) were quick to resolve everything. Everyone who worked on our project at our home treated it like their own home. They knew a clean install was important to us, and the final result shows it. You can't ask for much more out of any contractor. We are extremely pleased with not only the system, but their service from start to finish, and cannot recommend them enough. In the event we need to add onto our current system, we will be reaching out to them again.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Chris Stoltzfus: When I was looking to go solar I had done a few quotes and designs with different companies. Lumina came in with not only the best pricing for the work, but the best design plan for the area as well. Jack knew his stuff and had a base design already done that showed estimates based on previous sun data and satellite pictures. We were able to determine taking out some trees could improve performance and which ones could stay. We had to do some back and forth with the electric company to get started which was the biggest hassle. There was a lack of communication from electric on getting us approvals and information if the system we planned was allowed. After 5 months they told us it wasn't and that we would need to pay to have a upgraded transformer installed. They then took another month to tell us a price before we said no and we down sized to what was allowed based on the current grid. By far this was the biggest headache but was in no part Lumina Solar's fault. Once we knew what we were allowed we went back and designed a system that would work. Permits and paperwork went pretty quickly after we got electric company to sign off. Due to the weather there was a little delay in getting install started but the team that came out did fantastic work. The hardest challenge for the installers was dealing with my old house's thick walls, (18inches plus a little empty space before another wall) but after determining what was needed they came back and managed to get the hole drilled. They were able to answer any questions I had along the way for the project and provided insight into other questions I had as well. On the roof install side of things, things went smoothly. A couple of the snow guards got broken but they ordered in new ones and replaced them without a hassle. The full Lumina team worked very well together and were always professional. I have recommended them to others and would do so again. Can't wait to see just how well the system works.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Tamara O'Brien: Great experience! So excited to have solar power. Philip and his team handled everything, including Philly's red tape. Was an easy process, all questions answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend!
  • Frequently examine mounting hardware-- tighten up anything that feels loose.
  • Watch for discoloration or warping on panels, signs of covert damage.
  • Keep an eye on inverter efficiency metrics; abrupt drops frequently mean underlying concerns.
